This is a lovely copy, bound in red faux leather flexible covers with gilt lettering on front and spine; top bottom and fore edges marbled, top edge somewhat darkened; spine has a little surface wear but the gilt remains bright as it is on front; all maps and plans are present, tightly bound and pristine, without any tears or stains; one foldout map has a one-eighth-inch chip on one edge; previous owner's name and address and 1905 written on ffep; binding has narrow crack at title page, nevertheless ...
